Does glamping come with the Thursday early entry pass?

No it does not. You must purchase a Thursday early entry pass if you want to come early in addition to purchasing your glamping accommodation.

Tent Camping:

Does camping come with general admission?

Yes! Camping is included for all festival ticket holders. If you plan to bring a car, that car will need a Car Parking pass at minimum. From there you will need to walk inside the grounds to set up your tent. For those seeking an elevated experience, explore our epic accommodations! We are offering car camping, dome glamping, teepee glamping, and RV passes available for your enjoyment :)

Car Camping:

Can I camp with my car?

Yes! Car Camping passes are on sale if you want to park your car next to your campsite.

RV Parking:

Do you have RV passes for sale?

We do! A limited amount of RV passes are on sale. RV passes are not guaranteed a hook up of any kind.

Additional Camping Questions

Can I reserve a specific campsite or are spots first-come, first-served?

No. All camping, car camping, and RV spots are first come first serve upon arrival. We recommend purchasing a Thursday Early Entry Pass

Can I have my own campfire or grill at my campsite?

No. Open flames are not allowed, including fire pits, charcoal BBQs, etc. However, propane camp stoves are permitted as long as they are small.

How big is each campsite?

The campsites do not have designated or predetermined sizes. They are designed to be flexible and open, allowing campers to find their own space and make the most efficient use of the area. Additionally, campers are encouraged to be mindful of their surroundings and work closely with their neighbors to ensure that there is no unnecessary wasted space.

Will there be drinking water available onsite?

Yes! We will have water stations available with purified spring water. Please bring a reusable water bottle! Always plan on bringing water of your own just in case.

Will there be food and drink vendors onsite?

Yes! there will be organic food and elixir vendors. No alcohol will be sold or allowed onsite.

Are there showers and restrooms in the campgrounds?

Yes! Restrooms will be located throughout the venue and campgrounds. There will be limited showers on site for free use as well.

• No open flames permitted during the event whatsoever

• Culturally Appropriated Costumes, Props or Attire (ie; Headdresses, etc.)

• Harassment and inappropriate behavior

Your vehicle is subject to search by security and staff at box office upon arrival. You will not be admitted into the venue if any of these items are found.

Yes! High Vibe Fest is a family-friendly event. All children 12 and under will have free entry. Please purchase a ticket for your child if they are 13 or older.

All children 18 and under will receive a matching wristband for both the parent(s) and child listing: the parents name, phone number, camp location, etc. In the event a young child is found without their parent, security will follow emergency protocol to reunite the family.

Yes! There is accessible car parking, accessible car camping, and accessible restrooms located near the food vendors and the car camping areas. Please let us know by emailing our team at highvibefest.org or at box office if you have specific accessibility requests.

Service animals that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability are permitted. Emotional support animals and pets are not allowed. Please register your service animal in advance using ou our Service Animal Pre-Registration Form.

Unfortunately, we cannot have pets at this festival unless they are baby pandas or unicorns. If you plan to bring a baby panda, or a unicorn, please let us know in advance.

*Only service animals that are pre-registered are allowed into the venue. Please ensure before arrival that you have pre-registered your service animal. If a service dog is out of control (for example, barking repeatedly, growling, lunging, or running around) and the handler does not take effective action to control it, staff can request that the animal be removed from the venue.

The handler must maintain control of the dog at all times. Leashed at all times, harness, and voice control.

It is illegal to leave an animal inside a tent or vehicle ALONE at any time for any reason during the hot summer.

Yes please pick up your lost and found items before leaving the venue.

Lost and found is located at the INFO BOOTH.

Our venue location has historically been in the 80’s for early June.

Be sure to pack hats, fans, sun glasses, sunscreen, and reusable water bottles or hydration packs. Please check the weather forecast while packing. There will also be trees providing shade in some locations.

Yes, there will be a 24/7 medic on-site provided by Lighthouse Medical Services.

The medic tent will be clearly labeled on the site map. In addition, a safe sanctuary space will be located next to the medic for rest and relief.

Yes, there will be a 24/7 security onsite provided by High Rock Security.

Once you purchase a ticket, no refunds will be given. You can sell or gift your ticket to someone else who will enjoy this experience.
